Pricing
Rooms are normally let for set periods as follows:
- Morning: 8.30 - 12.30
- Afternoon: 1.30 - 5.30
- Evening: 6.30 - 11.30
For special events it may be possible to hire the rooms for shorter periods.
Individuals or groups who make regular bookings receive a discount from standard charges.
Example:
Weekday evening session (5 hours):
Small Hall £37 standard or £27 discounted
Large Hall £43 standard or £38 discounted
Charges are less for the 4-hour sessions during the day but are higher over the weekend.
All bookings should be made by telephone to the Booking Secretary (Tel: 01663 764997 9am - 9pm). The price will be agreed with the Booking Secretary and a confirmation form will be sent out.
Casual bookings pay in advance when returning the confirmation form, whilst regular users may be invoiced monthly.
Payment by cheque is preferred with cheques made out to "HIGH LANE VILLAGE HALL".
